Compliance
Your staffing changes shape every week. Who employs them shouldn’t.
A different roster walks through your door every week, but every dental professional we place is our employee, not a contractor you hired for the day. We handle the payroll, the taxes, the insurance, and the local rules, so you can focus on patients instead of paperwork.
We are the employer of record
When you bring in a temp on your own, that person is working for you, and every obligation that comes with employing someone lands on your practice. When you book through WORKFORCE, the employment relationship is ours.
That’s the whole point of the model. You get the coverage you need for the day, and we absorb the classification, payroll, and insurance obligations that come with it.
United States
W2 employees
Withholding, FICA, and Medicare handled on our side.
Canada
T4 employees
CPP, EI, and vacation pay handled on our side.
What we handle on every placement
Employment status
Every professional is our W2 employee in the US or T4 employee in Canada. No contractor paperwork for you to issue, and no misclassification exposure.
Why this mattersPayroll and taxes
We run payroll and remit withholdings. FICA and Medicare in the US, CPP and EI in Canada, plus vacation pay and overtime where it applies.
Why this mattersLiability insurance
We carry general and professional liability coverage on every placement, so there's no gap between the work being done and the policy covering it.
Why this mattersWorkers' compensation
Coverage sits with us as the employer of record. If something happens on a shift, the claim runs through our policy, not your practice.
Why this mattersCredential verification
We verify every license against the issuing board and confirm it's active and unrestricted before anyone sets foot in your operatory.
Why this mattersLocal labor law
Wage rules, break requirements, and overtime thresholds vary by state and province. We track them per market and apply them to every shift.

The employment relationship is ours
This page describes how our staffing model works and is not legal or tax advice. Requirements differ by jurisdiction, so check with your own advisor about your practice.
Temping available in select markets
Being the employer of record means holding a payroll account, a workers’ compensation account, and a labor standards obligation in the jurisdiction where the shift happens. Those are held province by province and state by state, which is why coverage opens a jurisdiction at a time rather than everywhere at once.
It also means coverage is real wherever we say we operate. If you don’t see your area yet, reach out and we’ll tell you where we stand and let you know when we open nearby.
