How do I cancel or change a shift?

You can edit or cancel a request from your dashboard. What happens next depends on whether the shift has already been claimed.

Before it is claimed

Edit the details or cancel outright and nothing else happens. The request simply stops circulating.

We notify the professional straight away. Because they may have turned down other work to hold the date, late cancellations can carry a fee.

Cancelling close to the start time affects someone's day and their income. Give as much notice as you can.
